1. ทางร้านมิลานมีบริการอะไรบ้างคะ ?
Milan Wedding Studio ให้บริการแบบครบวงจร:- เช่าและจำหน่ายชุดเจ้าสาว- เช่าและจำหน่ายชุดเจ้าบ่าว- บริการถ่ายพรีเวดดิ้ง- แต่งหน้าทำผมเจ้าสาว- ชุดสำหรับพิธีหมั้น พิธีไทย-จีน และพิธีเลี้ยงฉลอง
2. ร้านมิลานเปิดวันไหนบ้างคะ ?
ร้านมิลานเปิดให้บริการทุกวันค่ะ จันทร์-อาทิตย์ ตั้งแต่ 10.00-20.00 น.ค่ะ
3. เช่าชุดแต่งงานล่วงหน้ากี่วันดีคะ ?
แนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3-4 เดือน เพื่อให้มีเวลาลองชุด ปรับแก้ไซส์ และเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนวันสำคัญค่ะ
และหากเป็นชุดสั่งตัด แนะนำให้สั่งจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 6 เดือนค่ะ เพราะต้องมีขั้นตอนกระบวนการในการสรุปแบบ การเตรียมวัสดุ การตัดเย็บ ตกแต่ง และการฟิตติ้งอีกหลายครั้งค่ะ เพื่อความสมบูรณ์แบบก่อนวันงาน
4. มีบริการแก้ไซส์ให้ไหมคะ ?
มีค่ะ! ร้านของเรามีช่างผู้ชำนาญในการปรับชุดให้พอดีกับรูปร่างของลูกค้าโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมค่ะ
5. เช่าชุดได้กี่วัน? ต้องคืนวันไหน ?
ลูกค้าสามารถเช่าชุดได้นาน 3-5 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทของชุด โดยทางร้านจะแจ้งวันคืนชุดตอนที่รับชุดค่ะ
6. ต้องวางมัดจำเท่าไรคะ ?
ทางร้านขอรับมัดจำขั้นต่ำที่ 50% ของราคาชุด เพื่อยืนยันการจอง ส่วนที่เหลือสามารถชำระในวันที่มารับชุดได้เลยค่ะ และในกรณีเช่าชุด วันรับชุด จะมีค่าประกันความเสียหายด้วยค่ะ ชุดละ 5,000 บาท ซึ่งจะได้รับคืน ในวันที่นำชุดมาคืนทางร้านค่ะ
7. ถ้าลองแล้วไม่ชอบ หรือชอบชุดอื่นมากกว่า เปลี่ยนชุดได้ไหมคะ ?
ได้แน่นอนค่ะ! ลูกค้าสามารถลองหลายชุดจนกว่าจะเจอชุดที่ชอบที่สุด ทางร้านยินดีให้คำแนะนำและบริการเต็มที่ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมค่ะ
8. มีชุดเจ้าบ่าวให้เช่าด้วยไหมคะ ?
มีค่ะ ทางร้านมีบริการเช่าชุดเจ้าบ่าวทั้งแบบสากลและแบบชุดไทย สามารถนัดมาลองพร้อมกับเจ้าสาวได้เลยค่ะ ทางร้านจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยให้คำแนะนำตลอดการดูแลค่ะ
9. สามารถเช่าชุดแบบวันเดียวได้ไหมคะ ?
ได้ค่ะ หากลูกค้าต้องการเช่าแบบวันเดียว เช่น สำหรับถ่ายพรีเวดดิ้ง หรือพิธีสั้น ๆ ทางร้านสามารถจัดราคาพิเศษให้ได้ค่ะ
10. มีไซส์ใหญ่สำหรับเจ้าสาวพลัสไซด์ไหม หรือชุดสำหรับคนท้องไหมคะ ?
มีค่ะ ร้านของเรามีชุดหลายไซส์ รวมถึงแบบที่ออกแบบมาเฉพาะสำหรับเจ้าสาวที่ตั้งครรภ์ เจ้าสาวพลัสไซด์ หรือที่มีรูปร่างเฉพาะค่ะ
11. มีบริการจัดส่งภายในกรุงเทพฯ , ต่างจังหวัด หรือส่งไปต่างประเทศไหมคะ ?
มีค่ะ ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกให้ทางร้านจัดส่งชุดให้ได้ค่ะ (มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมตามระยะทาง)
12. ถ้าชุดเสียหายหรือเปื้อน ต้องจ่ายเพิ่มไหมคะ ?
หากเป็นรอยเล็กน้อยจากการใช้งานทั่วไป ทางร้านจะดูแลให้ค่ะ แต่หากเกิดความเสียหายรุนแรง ที่ไม่สามารถทำความสะอาดได้ อาจมีค่าปรับตามเงื่อนไขการเช่า ซึ่งจะอธิบายให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อนรับชุดค่ะ

What are your opening hours ?
We are open daily, Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

How far in advance should I book my wedding dress ?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 months in advance to allow time for fittings, adjustments, and preparations.
For custom-made dresses, we suggest booking at least 6 months ahead, as the process involves design finalization, material sourcing, tailoring, embellishment, and multiple fittings to ensure perfection.

Yes! Our skilled seamstresses provide complimentary alterations to ensure a perfect fit for your body shape.

How long can I rent the dress? When should I return it ?
You can rent the dress for 3–5 days, depending on the type of gown. The return date will be confirmed when you pick up the dress.

Is there a deposit required ?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit of the gown price to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the pickup day.
There is also a refundable security deposit of 5,000 THB per dress, which will be returned when the gown is brought back in proper condition.

Can I change the dress if I don’t like it after trying it on ?
Absolutely! You are welcome to try on as many gowns as you’d like until you find the one you love.
There are no additional charges for changing dresses.

Do you offer groom suits for rent ?
Yes! We offer both Western-style and traditional Thai groom suits. You are welcome to schedule a fitting together with the bride.
